SPOR’s first hire in 2020, Steph has risen from procurement to lead the business day to day, overseeing delivery, operations, service, finance and people. Based in Southport, she’s leading our growth across the North West.

Chris has 18 years in AV. He helped set up a global integrator’s UK operation, led its standards and deployment, and ran EMEA rollouts for Amazon, Facebook, Cisco and Microsoft. He now leads SPOR’s strategy and new business.

A former military leader, Chris co-founded SPOR in 2019 after years at the world’s largest AV integrator. Alongside his seat on the SPOR board, he hosts the Future Workplace podcast and is the author of Work Isn’t Working.

Shaun joined SPOR’s help desk in 2023 and moved into commissioning DSPs, control systems and conferencing on sites across Europe. He now leads engineering and service, keeping every room we support performing.
