COOKIE POLICY
About this policy
This policy explains how SPOR Group Limited uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our websites, what they do, and how you can control them.
In this policy, “SPOR”, “we”, “us” and “our” means SPOR Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12075154), with its registered office at 2nd Floor, Right Suite, Burlington House, Maidenhead, SL6 1SQ.
It applies to wearespor.com and our related sites and pages, including spor-group.net, spor-group.com and our landing pages (together, “our websites”). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.
What cookies are and why we use them
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your computer, phone or tablet when you visit. They let the site remember your device and your choices, and help us understand how the site is used. We also use similar technologies, such as tracking pixels in our emails, and we refer to all of these as “cookies”.
Some cookies are set by us (first-party cookies). Others are set by the services we use, such as our website platform or analytics tools (third-party cookies). Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies stay on your device until they expire or you delete them.
We use cookies to:
-
make our websites work and keep them secure
-
remember your cookie choices
-
understand how visitors use our websites, so we can improve them
-
recognise when you return after downloading a resource or requesting a proof of concept, so we can follow up in a relevant way
-
measure how well our advertising and campaigns perform
-
play embedded videos
The cookies we use
We group our cookies into four categories. Only strictly necessary cookies are set automatically; the others are only used if you agree to them through our cookie banner.
Strictly necessary. These make the website work: page loading, security, forms and remembering your cookie choices. They can’t be switched off in our cookie settings.
Analytics. These tell us how many people visit, which pages they view and how they found us, so we can improve the site.
Marketing. These help us recognise returning visitors, connect website visits to enquiries and downloads, and measure our advertising.
Embedded content. Videos and other content from third-party services can set their own cookies when you play or view them.

Your choices
When you first visit our websites, our cookie banner lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or choose which categories to allow. We only set analytics, marketing and embedded content cookies once you’ve agreed to them.
You can change your mind at any time by clicking Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. Withdrawing consent stops new cookies being set but doesn’t delete ones already on your device; you can delete those in your browser.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Each browser explains how in its help pages, including Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of our websites, such as forms, may not work properly.
To opt out of Google Analytics on all websites, you can install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we change the cookies we use or when the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If we make significant changes, we’ll ask for your consent again through our cookie banner.
