We have spent years building SPOR into a business that takes workplace technology seriously, so seeing that work reflected back in the trade press, at a moment like this one, is not something we take lightly. It is a good feeling to have a milestone like this one marked by people outside the business, not just celebrated internally around the office in Maidenhead.
And thank you to everyone who has sent their support since the news broke. It has meant a great deal. None of the growth that led to this point happened on its own, it happened because clients trusted us with their meeting rooms and their offices, and because partners and suppliers backed us along the way. Days like this one belong to those people as much as they belong to us.

For anyone catching up on the detail, Squaredot has spent twenty five years designing workplaces people actually want to be in, completing more than 983 projects for organisations including Bristol & Bath Science Park, Savills Birmingham, Manchester Airports Group and CBRE IM in London, alongside 25 British Council for Offices award wins and finalist placements. Kris Krokosz stays on as Squaredot's Managing Director, working alongside business consultant David Kramer, and the team continues to operate from its existing studio in Stratford-upon-Avon, with colleagues also able to make use of our office in Maidenhead where it helps a project.
What This Means for You
This deal changes what SPOR Group can offer the businesses we work with. Workplace technology has never really been just about the equipment on the wall, it has always depended on the room around it too, the acoustics, the layout, the way a space is actually designed to be used. Bringing Squaredot's design expertise into the business means we can now think about both sides of that problem properly, together, rather than handing a client off to someone else once the AV brief is written. It also means the more than 1,500 meeting rooms we already support across the UK and Europe, for clients ranging from the NFL and the NHS through to insurance and recruitment businesses, sit behind a team that understands the room as well as it understands the rack.
What's Next
We are excited about this next chapter, and about what a combined team thinking about design and technology from the same first conversation can do for the businesses who trust us with their workplace.
