A ROOM THAT FOLLOWS THE CONVERSATION
SPOR upgraded the Oak Conference Room at Accord Healthcare's Stockley Park office with intelligent six-camera tracking, so remote attendees always see who's speaking, plus one-touch privacy controls at the table.
Six cameras cover the presenter and every seat, switching automatically to whoever is speaking. Wireless keypads at the table let the team mute the room or turn on camera privacy in one touch.

THE CHALLENGE
WHAT NEEDED
TO CHANGE
Accord wanted meetings in the Oak Conference Room to feel more dynamic and engaging for remote participants. They also needed a simple way for people in the room to hold private discussions without being heard or seen on the call.

THE SOLUTION
WHAT WE
DELIVERED
SPOR replaced the room's single camera with an intelligent multi-camera system. A Crestron Automate VX Pro switches automatically between six cameras based on who is talking, using the room's microphone positions to know exactly where each voice is coming from.

Camera positions and seating mapped to microphone coordinates, so tracking follows each speaker.

Six cameras, voice-activated switching and Shure mute sync, all on a dedicated AV network.
