Full Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and reliable individual to join our team within our professional dynamic sales environment. Whether you're beginning your career in sales or you’re already on your sales career path, we have opportunities for you to grow within our business. You'll work with a supportive and motivated team to assist customers, drive sales, and develop strong relationships. In time you will master your craft and progress through our sales team development plan, eventually owning your own client base with an increased Base Salary, OTE and benefits.   

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales Development: Proactively engage with potential customers, generating leads from inbound inquiries and outbound calling.

  • Taking Ownership of our Lead generation tools, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities working with our external sales professionals to secure these prospects.

  • Consultative Selling: in time once provided with the knowledge, you will begin to understand customers’ needs and promote the right products and services, including Audio Visual installations, additional product portfolios such as IT services.

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries, offering solutions, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • CRM Management: Accurately input and maintain data in our CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions are logged and followed up in a timely manner.

  • Order & Quote Management: In time, your role will evolve into an internal sales position, and you will start to Process sales orders and quotes with support from your mentors

  • Target Achievement: Meet monthly targets for lead generation, customer outreach, and sales conversions.

  • Communication: Maintain a professional, friendly, and confident communication style, both written and verbal. Handle all customer interactions with care and attention to detail.

  • Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with sales and technical teams to drive results.
     

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous Sales Experience: Experience in a sales environment, especially in outbound calling, customer service, is preferred but not essential for those right at the beginning of their career.

  • Enthusiastic personality with a positive outlook on life.

  • Telephone skills: you will be contacting both warm leads and some cold, though customers who have shown interest in our products or services will be a priority.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers and maintain professional manner.
     

Experience & Additional Information:

  • Prior experience in a sales environment is preferred, but not essential.

  • Must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

  • Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Self-driven, with a strong desire to succeed and meet performance targets.

  • Customer-Focused: Empathy, active listening, and a problem-solving approach to addressing customer needs and concerns.

  • Appointment Booking: Booking client appointments and identifying real opportunity

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing customer information and sales data.

  • Technology Proficiency: Working proficiency in Excel, Email, Word and LinkedIn is a must have.  Experience using CRM systems is preferred but not necessary.

  • Adaptability: Able to thrive in a mid-paced environment and multitask effectively.

  • Driving License: Preferred but not essential.
